I would build it in 1/33 scale. But it needs some sort of a cockpit. Even if it made up.
It is an intriguing model Isaac

Issac, I plan on doing that for a few OBP models. I've done some scratch-building of cockpits before, and it shouldn't be too hard to manage for these. If you need some advice by all means pm me and I can help you whatever I am able

What a coincidence! The june issue of Le Fana de l'aviation has an 8 pages article about this planes and these 2 pics are there along a 3-view of the 1st prototype and another of the Il 40-2 in its final configuration.
You can skim this mag here. Click on the button that says "feuilleter cette revue". The pics are not big enough to read but it gives you an idea. The article is on pages 32 to 39.

I guess I should have mentioned that my internet search skills rate up there with my ability to get a date, hence why I'm still single.

Did I ever release this? I found it in my files, but I can't find it anywhere online.

I don't remember ever seeing it offered. I guess the solution is to post or repost it on your web site.

That was my thought. I've gotta clean it up and change it to the new format, but I'll get it out ASAP.
