Slowly we are still working on re-listing all of the Design Group Alpha models at Ecardmodels. This is a big task. I just saw that a couple of DGA members are working on the first of the PA-28 models to ready it for publishing. Possibly in a month or two.

In post #9, you can see the parts sheets and layout of a typical DGA kit, and there are no formers in the kit.

If you need formers, see if you can find cross sections of the aircraft you are wanting to build, and use those to create formers

Interesting plane as it has a special place for me. I got my PP and soloed in a PA-28-140 back in 1980.

I would love to build a model of it, but in 1/33 scale with full interior.

It is a pity that it doesn't include formers because they help to get accurate shape and will make the model much more stronger and rigid as well as easier to build.

My grandson got his PP in a Cherokee 140. We have had many flights together in it.
He also flew the Piper archer and arrow in flight university college along with the Cirrus sr-20 and Seminole. He is fully rated CFII,MEI, commercial and atp.
He is now a FO for United Express.
Would like to build him a good 140 in 1/48 or 1/33. I tried a few available here, Bruno's and other web sites but they just do not go together well and are difficult to scale up for proper fitting.
Due to my eye issue it is very difficult for me to do close work for ny length of time amymore.
If DGA get their 140 up on Ecardmodels please let me know.

Stay healthy everyone.
