Hathaway Veteran: Your description is accurate, this is how does a centrifugal flow engine and the model is fairly well represented.
"I had always thought that air flows directly into the engine intake!" In this case you mean axial flux motors. Put some diagrams to compare both types of engine. Issac: The rear fuselage is not glued. Is fitted with the wing structure. You can remove and replace Well, pictures of the finished model. The main problem I had was the cabin, there was no way for me to go smoothly. At the end I could do with a blister similar to the last photo. I hope you liked. Regards, Jordi |

Great work and having the engine is a nice bonus. I am glad you built it as you did.
A few years back, I built a plastic version in 1/32 scale. I donated it along with a few of my models and it is displayed at an office in Mexico now. Here is a picture of the engine. Also, I have 2 versions of the Mig-15 and 3 of the Mig-15UTI trainer kits from Hobby Model. I have all the frames and canopies as well as wheels and will probably have a great marathon building these Mig-15s Regards Isaac
