Gahm-Deds-model: T33 'Shooting Star'
Also here I'd like to show my result with the above mentioned.
The model was given to me by the nice site owner of the Gahm-Deds-site and he is also the designer of the model. No download and we know why...

Thx. Willem, it's a pity you didn't sand the edges of the tires.
The leading edges of the wings however look perfect ! The nose could be sanded and covered by a piece of paper that has been sanded as thin as possible (so that you almost can look through). The tiptanks had to be non-reflecting black at the inside, but I at that time I was fed up with the model. You still can be apply it I think. |

Wheels&Edges
Thanks for the compliments, Gerard.
My goal was to build the model "as is", straight as you designed it. For the wingedges I used an aluminium tape, which is used by plumbers. For the wheels: I didn't make them rounded just to keep the 'papermodel'-look. This is one of the charms of paper, to me. As said the aim was for a sort of simplicity and not to go for a true replica. And certainly there can be made more of the model by adding extra parts and details. Nevertheless it looks perhaps simple, but the folding of the bodyparts is not. It can be done though!

Willem,
A great build of a beautiful aircraft. It's too bad that this particular aircraft wasn't available for download. A very talented designer. Gary
