Excellent model Garry. I'm glad you fixed that little problem.

Off and of I'm reading "J2M Raiden and N1K1/2 Shiden/Shiden-Kai Aces" book by Osprey Publishing. It explains in great detail all design steps and teething troubles both planes experienced. Great read .

Thanks Karol. The Japanese were certainly producing some top class aviation as the war progressed.
One author rated the N1K2-J with it's power, maneuverability and firepower as one of the best fighters of the war.

A suggestion I have for the 1/300 series would be the MIL MI-24 attack helicopter.

I think I pulled it off and here it is with landing gear, wing fairings and markings of the 352nd Kokutai.
Model has been submitted to Ecards if you would like a copy.
Very fine Raiden. J2M is look a pea with wings.

Thanks Péricles!

Who likes Beagles? I do; both the four legged kind (I own one named Bessie) and the winged variety.
Here's a 1/100 resize, repaint and a bit of a redraw of Bruno's 1/300 original from a while back (dog not included).

I love Beagle ever since seeing one in person in Warsaw museum at very young age.

It's almost literally Mig-15 with two engines and 3 crew members and mix of WW2 tech with early jet age innovations. Smooth and graceful like many early jets. What's not to love?

Thanks Garry

Hi Péricles, Nice Beagle (you may decide which one I mean )

I have been designing some new models, inspired by the Greek muses.
Here some test builds requiring some fine tuning before further recolors and releases.
And I always forget to add weight in the nose of these models i my precipitation

I, for one, am truly glad you're on a helicopter thing at the moment Bruno. The Mi-2 is most welcome and great to see you chose the best looking earlier version (AH-1G?) of Bell's Cobra. Your legendary status remains un-toppled.
