Amazing understanding of the craft (both the hobby and the topic). To be able to take these projects from design to completion in such a short time and have a very nice model on the back end is, well, amazing. Am I over-using the word 'amazing'?

Thanks for the kind words (especially the word "amazing"),

I actually grew up in aviation, my father being an air force fighter pilot. I also worked for more than 13 years in aviation training (with flight simulators). As for the paper modeling, I've been doing that since I was a child. So I don't even count the years there.

I'm trying to get my models in a format that they can be made available, but that takes more time than I hoped. (Working in Quality management, I want to do things right)

The model for today is the TF-104G. Of course based on the F-104G.
I did this one in the NASA livery.

Pretty! :D

What about an italian F-104S in its first colour scheme? (green/gray camo + big roundels and codes). There were also quite a few specially colored examples.

Let's see, you'd have to reshape the ventral fin, add lateral fins, redraw some panels on the air intakes (the auxiliary air intake is rectangular on the S) and, depending on the exact version, remove the gun.

I've been sort of "out of this world" for the last two weeks: no internet, and no printer
So I wasn't able to print and build any models. However I designed a lot of new aircraft and am going to build them this week.
So here's the first one: the hawker sea hawk.

the next one will be the Saab 105.

As for the F-104S I'll see if I can find a good 3-view drawing.

And Here it is: the Saab 105 with a little error in the wings. These things happen when you cannot do test builds.

That's two models in a day. But I won't change the name of the thread.

Next to build will be the Dassault Super Mystère, I think.

Thanks for the nice words. I try to keep up the pace and the standard. (not always so easy)

It's a French one as you can see on the pictures.

Next in line... hesitating between:
  • Cessna Dragonfly
  • Folland Gnat
  • Supermarine Scimitar
  • F-100 Super Sabre
  • Gloster Galdiator (strange a prop between jets)
  • BAC Electric Lightning
  • F-105 Thunderchief
  • Mig 19
  • Aermacchi MB339
  • P63 Kingcobra (another prop?)

Start the voting !
In the meantime I'll build the F-11 Tiger.

as for the B-1, that would be in 1/300 scale. Mmmm... might be interesting to try.
