Did some building today: Mk.IIb tropical and Mk.IIc. Still need to add some details but you get the general picture.
Tried to use a hair from my daughter to make an antenna, but it was so fine I could not get it glued.

For a very fine antenna use some stretched plastic spruce.....

This works well. You can get it as fine as you want as well.

Nice Hurricanes.WC G Hurri has wrong type roundel-Should be C1 rather then A1.309 Sqr used those in 1944,long after A1 was phased out.

Thanks, Butelczynski, my sources are not always trustworthy. The desert camo plane I build as JV-Z should be either a Mk.IIC or a Mk.IID, but not a Mk.IIB. Which source can I trust?

That's a nice little flight. I too like the desert scheme hurricane.

On the Tomcat front I added an F-14 from VF-2 Bounty Hunters in 1976 to go with the example from VF-1. Same era, same aircraft carrier (and therefore CVW and NK tail code).

Nearly always you can trust photographs. If it's BP188 then it's definitely MkIID

Edit-I have a buddy making armour-I'll get that Hurri IID just so his boy can have fun with dad.He likes planes to dads dismay
