The flying model bit is a joke at my own expense btw, as in it is hoped it will fly but how is anyone's guess. Straight down more likely. |

Thank you, Tony, for these Neptunes. Mine is progressing at a glacial pace as I keep getting distracted.
Things to do before releasing the Korean Air CS300: a) lighten the blue b) completely redo the cheat line on the first 3 segments... and probably the last 2 also even if it's less obvious. I knew the way I was doing it was wrong. c) do a second test-build of the fuselage d) if c is OK, complete test-build, if not restart at step b

Nice,
I upgraded an old Spitfire build with exhausts, blisters, a clear disk rotor, wing fairings and antennas. I even used a human hair to make a radio wire. Given the older model, the colors do not match. Perhaps over time the difference would become more subtle. B |

Version 2 of the KAL CS300 is much better colour-wise. And the grey cheat line aligns much better across all fuselage parts. This time I used the hidden dotted red lines as a guide. It's just that I forgot to change the angle of the grey strips on nose segment 2 (and therefore the nose cone needs an update too). Oops! Third time is the charm!
I also moved the front doors up a bit but forgot to correct their angle relative to their new location. The fist 3 segments aren't glued to the rest of the fuselage so I'll only have to print those. That's a pretty Spitfire, Bruno! And it's in the markings of no. 340 Free French squadron.

Thanks pablito. I just noticed that the wings, stabs, and engine pylons seem to be white on all in service CSeries. At some point, I'll need to correct the files for Swiss and airBaltic.
Is anyone doing a SSJ recolor? I won't do any.
