I use Ctrl click to open the links on the Word file.

Cool ... I've sussed it. Using the word file in Libre Office ... If I put my cursor on the line, I get a pop-up telling me to ctrl + click on the link, but nothing seemed to happen if I did that. However, using a twin screen rig, with the file opened on a different screen to the taskbar, I've realised that it does bring up a screen asking me to select where to send the download, but for some reason, that screen is coming up behind the Word file screen and isn't seen. Selecting its flashing icon on the taskbar brings it to the fore so that I can select Desktop and magically the pdf appears on my desktop. So, for me, this is sorted, but for anyone using Word or Libre Office on a single screen, you may have to use a smaller screen size so that the taskbar is visible to you. It would be nice if the pdf version would behave the same way, but not being a programmer, I can't sort that.

Yep, there are two Do-328 listed, but it doesn't tell me where the download is in the thread.

good if you mean the model I think I found one for <pirate site removed> (the Russian paper modelers) but if you mean airlines in Colombia there are two airlines that operate it are Aerolineas de Antioquia and SATENA
