I was trying to contact the site ecardmodels, but seems to be under huge reconstruction. And sorry for my english, is not the best.

Thank you all in advance for the info!!!

Holla amigo,

you can try contacting the user:
scissorsandplanes by clicking on his name and selecting private message. His name is Bruno Van Hecke and he is the designer of almost all the models you see in this thread.

All the models that are of 1/300 scale are offered for free, along with all the re-paints done by Bruno or other modelers. He is selling his more detailed 1/100 scale models for 1 USD each. You can contact him directly and let him know which models you would like to purchase. The list is being updated frequently and a copy exists (if not mistaken) in the downloads section.
Happy modeling from Greece.

sjsquirrel made a tutorial about recoloring scissorsandplanes's models with inkscape. Bruno's models are vector based (made in MS Office) and Inkscape is a free vector drawing program.

Note that you won't be able to use Inkscape to recolor a raster-based model. For that you'll need a raster drawing program (paint.net, paintshop pro, Photoshop, the Gimp etc.)

(recycling my old comment from a different thread)

Thanks guys,
indeed here some more Corsairs. Apart from the XF4U I think I have most "important" variants.

Love those ol’ Hose Nose bent wing birds! How and when will they be on the market?
Again, a great job, well appreciated Bruno!

A little note. The back of the canopy of the F4U-5, AU-1 (= F4U-6) and F4U-7 is slightly more blown than that of the F4U-4, with a bump starting on the back of the fuselage right behind the canopy.

See for instance here : http://109lair.hobbyvista.com/DETAIL...ort.canopy.jpg
or here : https://www.aviationmegastore.com/f4...nfo&art=141999

You are indeed correct, Carlos.
I tried to adapt the models as good as I can. I will not adapt the profiles though.
The difference is subtle at this scale. But is is worth noting.
thanks
Bruno

It is indeed subtle and may not be worth the hassle at these small scales.
