problem with part of b737-100 or 200

Hi, it's not to bother, but I have a problem with the b737-100 or -200 engines support. I do not know how that part is assembled.

this is correct. IIRC the flat part goes on the front part of the engine which is closely fitted to the wing. at the 1/300 scale, this was no problem.
