Very nice Bruno.
As any good dealer, are you going to do a trade-in for those who bought the older model?

apparently the UN when in Congo used beavers with UNO in French which becomes ONU (Organisation des Nations Unies).
They seem to reverse all these abbreviations. NATO becomes OTAN, EU becomes UE and UNO (UN) becomes ONU.

after a little search on the internet, I got confused.
in a book the author writes the Swedes were doing flights with otters and beavers, yet Sweden does not seem to have had these planes.
perhaps a better informed person (like Don B) can help out here?

I'm guessing Canadian Gov supplied those. Many of DHC designs like Otters,Twin Otters,Caribous,Buffalos were supplied for UN operations in Africa since all of them were operated by RCAF.Beaver wouldn't be an exception.I'm not sure if they are still doing it.

I found some pictures.
There are in the middle.
The lettering of ONU is in blue (light).
Does any one recognize the uniforms of the crew?

Not to be a party pooper but the lettering appear to be in blue.

403 originally was US Army, as well as 404 and then transferred to the ONU.

N11GA departs Lake Hood.
