Iraqi Tu-22M Blinder

Long delayed repaint of an Iraqi Blinder. I have seen at least two different camo patterns so I used two of them for you to pick. I haven't test-build it yet, I am hopping to do so in the following week or so, unless someone takes the challenge.

Regards.

Tu16

HI BRUNO
Is it possible to manufacture the Iraqi Tupolev TU-16, which in the Six-Day War attacked Israel

The plane is already made by the master...now it is up to us re-painters to come up with the proper Badger. By the way, this is an Egyptian Badger not an Iraqi one.

It is Iraqi because of the triangle symbol on the wing
The Egyptian is round
There was a time when Egypt and Syria and Iraq have the same flag

There is no triangle on the wings and the flag in the fin is definitely that of Egypt.

This is an Iraqi example:

On the other hand, in this site the same plane (Black 07) is mentioned as Iraqi, but you can see even more clearly the roundels on the wings and the flag in the tail fin:

I'll try to do both anyway

The libyan flag was the same panarab tricolor as the egyptian one (minus the eagle) between 1969 and 1972. Between 1972 and 1977, Libya used the flag of the Federation of Arab Republics (now with eagle in the white band). From 1969 to 1977, the libyan roundel was a red/white/black tricolor identical to the current egyptian one (from 1972 to now).

So, if you see the picture of a Tu-22 with egyptian roundels and an eagle-less "egyptian" flag, it's actually libyan. Like this one:

https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikiped...-22s_1977.jpeg

Egypt never had Tu-22s.
