As for the resolution is fine with me, you must be using the same method I use, Raster for the base.

Able to start today on a Polish military version and I'm trying to decide on a civilian example. I think I've found a good one and it's, ....well, ....Polish too!

Fair comment, I didn't think to tweak it that way.

Anyway, here're the new and improved versions, LOT sharpened 15% and VASCO sharpened 30%. Too little and the lines stay blurry, too much and the colors bleed. Need to cut very close to the lines this time!

Sorry to the early downloaders, you'll have to grab the enhanced file.
