Thanks for the kind words, Chris (and all the others).

Here is my progress and some build pictures on the second stage or S-II as it was known, while the first stage and interstage look on from their stands.
Still five engines to make but first I need to make five (make it six for the third stage as well) spheres of 0,5 cm.

luckily I designed these a long time ago in 1/100 and can use them as starting point. Not sure though how the LEM will be manageable at 1/144 scale.

Finished (almost) the stage 2 (S-II) and adapted the stand a little.
Here some pictures of the production line of the J-2 engines up to the presentation stands.

I designed the next interstage (some 120 parts when counting the little strips and inside ribs) and that is mostly empty.
I also gave the J2 engines their missing start tanks (not paper but fimo) and I could not resist to create me a little companion (1/100 scale) standing close to the stand awaiting the next part.
