Here are the pictures of the Test build for the Connie. Some improvements were required and have been included in the three models attached:
A KLM version
A USAF version (one of the 11 models that were delivered to the USAF before the end of WWII)
A white version.

Hope you like it.
Bruno

Here is (finally) the East African version of the DC-3 as a special treat to someone who had the strange habbit of falling out of planes (but not this one)

Gratefully received, thank you. It may be a few days before I can start it though. We have three rug-rats staying with us for a few days, so the modelling table and tools have had to be folded up out of the way for a bit, and I'm building stomp rockets for them.

I have no personal connection whatsoever with the Connie (Never even seen a live one), but it's of my time and one of the most beautiful airliners ever. So I will very probably build that too, but do I patriotically build a Comet first?

Keep on snippin' ... Johnny.

PS: Suggested modification to the Dakota ... Make full circle wheels, and poke them into holes in the nacelles. Looks better than the half wheels glued on, and a damned sight easier to make.
