Thanks, Carlos for the info on the F-5. Now I'm sure the models I made are mistakenly named Tiger II and should really be Freedom fighters. The F-5E is really a bit longer than the previous versions so the comparison seems acceptable to me.

Anyway...

Today's model is certainly not my best design, nor my best build. However it is a plane several people have been asking for. It is apparently not my day today.
The test build was prone to difficulties which I tried to iron out in the posted models. In my model the wings tended to bend upwards, so I had to glue them.

The model is the general dynamics F-111 Aardvark in two liveries: one grey and one SEA camo.

Hope you like them

Bruno

Hi Jan,

you are opening Pandora's box there
that list is so long that I would not even know where to start.

I once did a rather modern sailplane in scale 1/100 and given the size of the fuselage 1/300 would be way too small.

Another "Gina"

I did it again
This plane was very important for me. I was a child when this plane won the NATO concours and was built in my town: Turin, so we were very proud here.
But this time I did some change at the nose. Bruno, your design is fantastic and the graphic is outstanding, but the nose in this plane was particular, with this air intake that seemed a mouth wide open under a pointed nose.
So I enlarged the mouth and I I've narrowed the nose, not in the file but just cutting the part as shown in the the picture below.

Not considering my bad construction of the model, the result is better in my opinion and, if you like it, I can modify the file.

About the liveries of this plane, could someone take the challenge and reproduce some of this (Tiger Meeting)?

This thread is amazing and your ability (yours and of the repainters one) never ceases to amaze me: also the Aardvark!
I can't bear your rhythm!

My compliments and thanks for your hard work and generosity

Best, Nando
