So here are the corrected models for the UH-1D (minor refinement of the nose section) and for the UH-1B (more serious change of the same section.

Now everything seems to be fitting much better as can be seen on the picture. This is a new livery of the UH-1B, by the way.

I tried to create a skid by glueing thin metal wire between two sheets of paper in the required form and cut it out like that. result is not totaly as I would have liked, by hey it's better than I expected.

and, no minion on the picture this time.
