yet another non-airliner and not even a STOL airplane: the Nord Intercepter Light 1 (NIL 1) Harpon. A simple rocket plane that could have been.
Next will be the Dever.

Thank you for the Harpon! I think this competitor of the Mirage and Trident didn't go farther than the mock-up stage. Mais il avait une de ces gueules!

...still no Yak-36, but don't blame me, It was Bruno who asked for it:
A Do-31 in Lufthansa livery

I followed the livery of the Do-231 proposal (cf. here)
Note that I've
- ommitted the nose probe for health & security reasons
- increased the number of windows (from one every third frame to one every second frame)
- added as alternative parts a nose without the blue cheat line, a second hull segment without the 'sun sail' on the top cocpit windows (in reality this was made from some kind of self adhessive film or the like), and a tail withot the VTOL 'v'.

Enjoy!
Michi

Thanks, Michi.
Love the recolor. Well done and creative within the "strict" Lufthansa rules.

Dear Bruno:
Despite your efforts to disappoint us (or at least a fraction) is not succeeding. You have a wide audience!
Michi's airliner look very cool. Attached you will find my entry, not surprisingly, of a what-if USCG Do-31 in raster.
Best regards.
Pablo

Thanks for this recolor. I knew you were creative enough to surprise me with these recolors.

Here is my (disappointing ) model for today: the SNACSO Dever.
(I'm never sure about the order of all these letters in the company name, especially with this model that was so conceptual you can't find much info on it. I'm not even sure about the exact dimensions of the plane. Even the name Dever has no real meaning in French to my knowledge)

Just checked: Dever is a contraction of Décollage and Vertical or Vertical take off in English.

Dear Bruno:
As long as you are happy, this is a hobby.
For the concept/projects the recolor possibilities are infinite(?). They could be from Palombia in splinter camouflage, or from Porco Rosso pirates of the Adriatic, or from Tintin!
Best regards,
Pablo

W&P and Michi, nice recolors!

Bruno, Thank you for the Dever! I think it's only known via a patent application. The letters SNCA in SNCAN/SNCASO/SNCASE etc. stand for "Société Nationale de Constructions Aéronautiques"

If you're open to designs from the Yoko Tsuno albums despite the lack of 3-views...

- the 2 variants of the SAL Colibri from Le Canon de Kra and Le matin du monde (Yoko's plane, HB-WIN & HB-WIP)
- the AGM-86B-influenced, hovercraft-launched, japanese anti-typhoon bomber from La Fille du vent
- the high altitude recco plane and its parasite sailplane from Message pour l'Eternité (+ the red PC-6 that's used for the sailplane take-off from Switzerland)
