that's what I thought. anyway the FF-2 does not differ from the FF-1 except that it had dual controls for training.

anyway the F2F will come anyway someday. Unless I get tired of seeing yellow wings.

Oh, can never really have too many yellow winged birds, If you have not already done so, a pre-war PBY Catalina would be most awesome.. Just saying....

Well, as long as I already have the F3F, F4F, F6F, F7F, and F8F I might as well be game for a F2F and FF.....Let's make it a nice Grumman Fighter Family.

Oh my, just looking through the internet searching for the codes of the SBC Helldivers on different carriers and stumbled on this intersting picture. I'm putting it on my list.

here's my last models!

I've build a 777-300 ANA livery (which I love so much) and I would like to thank the user croden for gave me the file.
I have learned from my mistakes I did in the last 777 model I built so this time I could do a better nose section of the plane and also I improve the engine.

now I am currently building an airbus A380 by Emirates.
in the assembling of this model I had some troubles during the installation of the wing root section.
so as you can see it's not good aligned with the body.

I have to take some time now to assemble the wings and the engines! =D

Bruno does have a PBY-5 on his 1:100 list. ... but he doesn't have any sort of Catalina on his 1:300 list. (Hint, hint. I wanna 5A in RAF livery, or all white). As I've said before, I don't mind paying for them, but I'm sorta stuck in the 1:300 slot now.

Strictly speaking the name "Catalina" only applies to the PBY-5A's that were flown by the RAF in WW2, but I accept that nowadays the name is in common use for all PBY-5, 5a, 6,and 6a (maybe even the pre-war 4) Especially on the civillianised or Water bomber examples.

Yes Bruno, I'm still around, and monitoring the thread daily, but you're off enjoying yourself in an era that doesn't interest me much. I ain't THAT old, and it ain't my history. Some lovely models coming through though, so you carry on doing what you enjoy mate. I've still got a stack of 1:300 stuff to catch up on, but my hands are still too shaky for any small stuff right now.

Keep on snippin' ... Johnny.
