Very nice maritime topics. I really think that it is time for the SSZs, Coastals, C-Stars, and the NSs. You have all the classes used by the Royal Navy during WW I: land planes, ship borne planes, float planes, and flying boats. What is missing? You are right, blimps!

and yes, it is the Short Bomber. (the 184 has a similar looking tail plane)
Here are some pictures of the test build (without torpedo. I'll see if I can find a reliable drawing of it).
