no pun intended but wire for the rigging and paper for the wire (spider web) attachments. The question may be posed for modelers like papermate or pericles who very nicely rig their models.
Happy modelling

Keep 'em coming Bruno. When might we see some 1:100 modern jets? Not airliners, but F-15's, F/A-18's, etc. I know you did a few in 1:300 but I'd love to see modern fighters in 1:100.

Let me see. I'm in th WWI period for the moment. The f15 is from the seventies. That would mean that there are some 60 years to go....

Just joking. When I will be tired of all these stick and canvas, I might leap forward dramatically in time.

For the rigging of the sea scout., I designed attachment patches as was shown on the drawing i used. Each patch has a metal (in paper) ring at which the rigging can be attached.
Well since a picture says more than a 1000 words...
You can also where the fitting of the parts went wrong.

I am kind of stuck on WW1 planes too at the moment. I hadn't checked on this thread for a while and I must say the quality of your one day designs knock me out. Wow, you are just getting better and better and that blimp! what can I say?
Extraordinary!

Thank you for sharing your fabulous efforts.

I will have to agree that Master Bruno, has provided us with interesting and unique planes (and LTA craft as the Macon, Akron, and now a SS Blimp). In particular the late WWI spanning to mid 30s, and you may finish them (most of them one-pagers)!!!

Please don't start a row over the modern fighters. They are interesting to design, but indeed very much available. (For the moment) I'm much more interested in the strange and sometimes surprising planes I discover almost every day. When you look at all the planes and experiments that have been made in those days (10s to 30s) you can only be stunned by the sheer number and creativity.

I adapted the Sea Scout but did not do a rebuilt. The model is so big I will not be keeping it.

I can however now release it officially (and send the first pre-ordered copy)

Nr 1043 Sea Scout Be2 class airship
