I did indeed like that recolors be added to the thread. This keeps the files somewhere centralized. Of course that creates extra posts and views, which is nice but not always handy for finding my original designs.

So what could be a solution? (I prefer solutions rather than problems )

How about a specific thread for the requests, pictures, status reports and exchange of information for all the recolors and a posting of the final result (a picture, an attached file or a post saying that it has been uploaded) in this OMPNWD thread.
A bit like what is done in the thread called "Bruno's planes"

Does that look feasable?

My sole purpose with these free models is contributing to the community. So please help me with that.

Why did I not think about Wingnut. Silly me! They indeed have amazing info.

working hard on my next build with lots of struts and strange engine positioning.

STarted with the Sopwith Triplane. Sorry, Bruno. Just couldn't keep my grubby hands off and repainted it for John E Sharman (possibly a relative) I don't know how you can just throw one of these together in a day...

It could be stubbornness, concentration, dedication, occupational therapy, shear madness,... I don't know.

And to proof that I don't always manage to throw them together in one day, here are the picture of the model I started yesterday but only finished this morning.
