Indeed. First I had to do the math (basic (?) trigonometry) and then I created the spreadsheet. But even with the spreadsheet a lot of elements need to be interpreted and adapted based on experience, especially when the parts ar not very round.

Depending on the complexity of the color scheme this can be done in a few hours.

By the way I'm probably going to start commercializing my models in the near future.

The fight was epic, the victory teadious, but I finished the CF-100 Canuck.
With this kind of fuselage, the parts are not obvious to design and I already notice that some improvements could be made. Anyway here is the result.

Tomorrow I'll do a Thunderstreak before attacking the Mirage F1.

Even with all the Trig formulas in Excel, that Canuck looks like it was a bear to design. Outstanding.

Excellent job on the Canuck S&P. Care to try the similar fronted fuselage of a Gloster Javelin? There doesn't seem to be a paper model available of this bootiful delta winged Bear chaser.

Johnny.

Thanks for all your positive comments.
Today as promised I post the F84-F Thunderstreak in Belgian Nato colors. Tomorrow will be the last model for at least a week. I have to go back to work.

The model will be the Mirage F1. A plane my father had to evaluate for the Belgian Air Force in the 70's.

I build two versions of the Mirage F-1C. One in the older Blue color scheme and one in the "Djibouti camo" scheme.

I'll be spending some time in preparing my models for commercialisation but will keep you posted.

Cheers
