Thanks, chaps.

I also read that the Bombay served intensely as an ambulance airplane in the Mediterranean and "one crew was credited with carrying 6,000 casualties from Sicily and Italy".

Hahaha.
That reminds me of a comment made by a British test pilot who had just flown a particularly bad example. "The cockpit is difficult to get into, it should be made impossible."

That's a nice one.

I was looking for an interesting model for the N°1700 of my series, but couldn't seem to make up my mind. So I started improving an earlier design with landing gear, better livery and ordnance. I hope to get everything on one page... probably not.

Ok, I have to ask, where is the Eagle? I seem to have missed it.

It's an older model (nr 695) in the list from before I started posting on this site.
So I never posted a picture of it before.
Luckily Stormeagle made a super build. Thanks

Not much time to work on my latest build. Very long day at work.

By the way, my first models have been released on ecardmodels. More will follow. Thanks, Chris et al.

Just one small detail: The Eagle is in 1:250 so I had to shrink it a little to make it in 1:300 like the rest.

Bruno, got your firsts on eCardmodels. Wonder if you also have a bundle sale there to save us clicking and clicking on the buy buttons?

Hi Papermate,

Chris Gutzmer was indeed suggesting to make packages of similar models (recolors) per 10 or so for a lower price.
We have no idea at this moment if that would be a suitable approach.
Sometimes it would be more like per 5, but I think I can come up with something.

Bruno
