Okay, so how are we going to reach the good folks stationed in Antarctica? Paper models might be a good way for them to pass the time

Quite the opposite. Keeping ones fingers busy prevents them from freezing. It could also take your mind off of the fact that it IS freezing. Think of the fun you could have designing skis for the little landing gear !

My geologist sister and her husband are on their way to Antarctica for a couple of months soon. Maybe I can give them a sheet of good websites to pin up next to the workstation, for future scientists. What would you suggest I should put on that one sheet of paper, in addition to this forum?

Ahhh:
And very important, ask them to bring different weight papers. Some of the one-pager models build better in light to medium card stock.

Hi!

This is my first post here, although I have been reading, downloading and building some the the great planes that were made available here.

So first of all, thanks a lot for all the effort that scissorsandplanes and all the recolor guys are putting into this thread.

I think I need to add some comments to be able to post pictures, after that I will upload the planes I made so far: F104, eurofighter and spitfire.

I have tried to build a F14 but I was unable to complete it. I just found 1 picture of it in the thread that helped me to complete part of it, could anyone post any other picture of an f14 built?

Bye!
Jordi

No, it is not to flatter my ego.

I'm pretty sure there are a few Dutch people who participated in this thread.

Thanks for the info on the missing countries. I knew I had to update the map but needed your help.
I'll update asap (which in French could be understood as "à son aise, petit", 'slowly, my dear' )

Hi Jordi,
thanks for your first contribution.
Did I read correctly on your profile that you are located in Brussels but are from Spanish origin?
