Less difficult that to go from the Skyshark to the Skyrider!
The tail unit is the same, the wings are about the same but need to extend the tips, the tip tanks are different, and you will have to stretch the fuselage and you will need a new cockpit (I have been thinking about it).
There is a free TV-2 t-bird in Ecardmodels, that you may use to check stretching of the fuselage and for the wing tips (nevertheless I would ask permission if you want to use the originals to release, but I think it is OK to use them as reference).

Happy adaptation, and remodeling.

It's better when the tabs are under the colors.

Add a section in front of the cockpit, a smaller one behind. Make the air intakes a bit longer. Make new fuel tanks and a new canopy. The wings will need to be clipped for the new tip tanks.

Already done but in beta (France, Portugal, US). I should have test-built the F-80C (to get the feel or the original model) and one of the euro T-33s (to check the mistakes, the location of the airbrakes is nebulous at this time) instead of making the US ones. The panel lines of the central fuselage are subject to revision.

I know I have to check the wing filet on the test-build but I didn't know about the extended wings.

I used these drawings for extending the fuselage.

Thanks for the expansion of the 1/300 scale model inventory, Carlos.

I continue working on the 1/100 scale with a A1-E today (wheels up and no hardpoints installed).
Perhaps I could do a what if recolor of the Skyraider for Dan

As for the T-bird, I did the P-80 and T-33 a long time ago and wanted to revisit them while adding the F-94A starfire, the F-94C Starfire, and T2V Seastar. (and who knows, maybe even the skyfox)

I didn't expect the A-1E. It looks super nice!

I added the (untested) landing gear to the F-102A. That's another one I should have test-built over the weekend (though it didn't exist until sunday 2 PM)

edit: there are 2 different nose wheels. Pick one.
