And some final few to end this little series.
I think I have most of the variants now (except for the 'castrated' lightning of course)

About the only other one might be P-38L "YIPPEE", the 5000th Lightning.

Nice profiles, I always wondered what a P-38 with Merlins or Griffons would have gone.

Some what-if F-16/79 can be found in the download section (ROCAF, Tunisia, US).

One of the definitive books on the P-38 discusses that topic and makes some very interesting allegations. Jack Ilfrey, one of the aces of the 20th Fighter Group and a P-38 ace was a big P-38 fan and gave me a signed copy years ago in San Antonio.

Fairchild-Dornier 328

Nice Lightnings Bruno! Now that health improves and as a therapy I did a much better version of the "Federales" airplane. Here is a Fairchild-Dornier 328 JET in Policia Federal (Mexico) recolor. A design of my good friend and countryman Wire&paper, and next going to finish the Short c-23 Sherpa in Europe Camo version.Regards,Tony.

Ay wey! Achis cachis! Very nice!
I must say that Kartoncris did a nice revision on the fin, and that Tony give it not just "a manita de gato” but a “zarpazo de tigre". Which loosely translate to "not a small fixing but a true revamp"
Nice recolor and a very nice build!
The origin of this particular plane, I am going to speculate, that was a transfer from the US Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs to the Mexican Policia Federal or Federales.
Nice addition for a very important yet unknown, and unfortunately very active anti organized-crime force!
