As I mentioned in an earlier post the test build of the S.211 showed some necessary tweaks. These have been introduced in the design. However I was not pleased with the result and therefore did another test. It showed that what disappointed me was not these little flaws but the bad build itself. Apparently this model is not an easy one. So if you want to build it, make sure to add the cockpit and spine high enough on the fuselage. The grey plane shows how it should be while the white/orange one how it should NOT be.
There remains however in the models that already were distributed a small error. The triangle piece above the engine exhaust is too long and should be cut almost in half. the shorter of the tabs designed to attach this piece to, should be removed. (corrected this evening on some designs but not yet transferred into PDF). The issue is not too complicated for builders in possession of the old file to correct it.
My apologies. I definitely should slow down my pace.

Good attention to detail but honestly I could not tell on your initial test builds that there was anything wrong because nothing looked off.

To me modern jets by rights should be the easiest of all planes to build. But the few I've done I REALLY struggled with. I've seen plenty of examples of the same model successfully built by others so I know it's not the design.

Well, I am happy to be a procrastinater!
Reflecting on Falco's comments from elsewhere I have learned to live with some inaccuracies (except for disalignment between fuselages and wings).
And regarding Rata's comments the best airplanes to do in paper are the boxy ones, with no curves (cylinders are ok), then the problem is the rigging.

ps Looking forward for the next one pager

Here it is in two liveries.
That's about all I will be able to do this weekend. Have to go abroad for the work.
So without further ado, the Aermacchi S.311/M-311/M-345 (whatever the correct name was ) Slightly longer than the S.211.
Did not manage to do the frecce tricolore version (yet).
