Another designer merits that.

If someone wants to recolor it for John, you may add it as an Addition to S&P 300 Series.
Is this correct?

Juan201, thank you very much for your latest recolours. It is much appreciated.

In addition to the remark by wireandpaper do note that the scale bar is on the last page of the CL-415 shows 1/200.
My knowledge about the CL-415 is rather limited, but I think that you have missed the number both sides of the nose. This should be 1118 for the aircraft shown.

Then on the An-2 there is a minor issue in that you have left the thread of the main wheels uncoloured.

That is what happen when a test build isn´t done. I build first a very loose version to see where the pieces belongs and then recolor. This model is particularly more complex to build due to the squared fuselage, two wings and all the arriostraments within it. But that´s the fun of this matter. I hope mine will be completed by Friday. Regards,Tony.

How about another about the same size as the Cub. The first C-27, the Bellanca Aircruiser.

Thanks for the AN-2!

Thank you very much, Bruno! I've wanted this AN-2 for a long time, but now that it's here I don't know what I'll do with it!

I do remember one appearing in one of the 'Winds of War' TV miniseries (my late dad had the complete DVD sets). If I can find online pictures I may give it a try.

Just a quick digression, since the ace recolorists like Carlos read this thread regularly - does anyone plan to create plain white or gray versions of Gary Pilsworth's C-46? Looks like GP isn't planning to, but I'd like to try a few recolors.

a challenge for the community in the form of a FREE white version of a plane that saw around 18000 real ones build, with over 60 countries having used it, so many recolors possible,...

The Antonov An-2.

Please enjoy, build, recolor and share.

thanks... at least 3000 times.

Quick note - just uploaded my 2 recolors of Bruno V's AN-2 to our download area, a fictitious 1930s LOT airliner from 'The Winds of War', and a more modern VASCO airiner. More details on my thread on Recolors.

Those are interesting recolors except somewhere along you lost some resolution and a lot of lines disappeared or faded away.I like Vietnamese one,I haven't seen that TV series but they likely got that livery very wrong in many places (as it often goes with film makers).
