BruNo 3161 is Potez 63.11 N357, No. 4, of the 2nd Escadrille of Groupe de Reconnaissance GR I/52 in 1940.

The Potez 63.11 was developed as an army cooperation aircraft to be issued to the Groupes Aèriens d'Observation (Army co-operation squadrons), but in 1940 they were also issued to the reconnaissance units (Groupes de Reconnaissance) to supplement and then to replace the Potez 637s pending the arrival of the Bloch MB 174s. Camelio and Shores say that the 63.11 was the most widely-used aircraft in the Armée de l'Air. It was certainly produced in larger numbers (725) than any other of the 1,115 aircraft of the Potez 63 series.

Although not as elegant as the previous variant. I definitely need this one for my collection. There are a lot more photographic evidence of these in use in Lebanon and Syria than the 630 in Indochina!
Thank you again Bruno!

Yep. Not the prettiest plane that ever flew but still a must-have.

thanks for the interest.
Just finished the main part of the test build of the 63.11 (and the gondola of the 637) which also confirms the design of the engines used for the 631 onward.
Despite my lesser building skills it turned out ok.

Thank you for sharing, it looks more complicated to build.
Use in almost any theaters involved the French before and after the armistice!
