Ojimak's RF-4E in 1:200

Kit printed at 40%

After adding the landing gear:

The main landing gear is the one I made for Chaiwatkom's F-4E (in the background). I had to revise the nose landing gear though.

I'll probably resume the building of the german F-4F repaint next week. The parts have been spending the last 10 months in a little box.

You have a great little air force, the RF-4E is superb.

Carlos,

It's looking great, I love the backdrop for your diorama too. 1/200 is way too difficult for my fat fingers.

Thanks, papermate!

Walid, the landing gear is made for 1:200. It wouldn't scale up well. I traced the NLG doors over the RF-4E stencils placement instructions from Hobbydecal. The MLG doors were traced over an F-4E 5-view drawing (since it was originally made for Chaiwat's Phantom).

Don't use the nose landing gear doors in the top right corner. They're too small. Use those in the bottom left corner.
