Thomas Morse Scout - WWI - 1/72
Hi all!
After a long period I'm back with a new model. This is my first (and probably last ) airplane. Since I found a pubblication on the Morse scout I wanted to create a model in 1/72 to go along my line of interwar american tanks. This plane started it's career in WWI as one of the most important "US-builded" planes of the war and saw an extended use after the conflict. It's already available at this link on ecardmodels.com: 1/72 Thomas Morse Scout In the "multipack kit" are included 5 different liveries: -S4-C in US pre-WWI markings -S4-C in US WWI combat markings -S4-C in USN markings -S4-C in Fictional RFC markings from movie "Dawn Patrol" -S5 Floatplane in US markings I attached some images but you can find a full collection at my photo album here Hope you like it! PS: I must thank Roman Vasyliev (derKampliegger) cause I found his book very useful to create this model. |

Perry, this is a SUPERB model and a much-needed addition in small-scale WW1-era airplanes. Thank you!

Thank you both!
If I'll ever do another plane it must have not more than 2 versions :D In fact the kit was ready about a year ago, but it took me months to decide to build it five times (I do not like repetitive works very much). |

It's nice to see more of yoru models, Alberto. I have purchased the set of "Tommies" and hope to actualy build them, along with the earlier tank and armored car models.
My model of your fine M1 light tank is still in the "incomplete" category, but I am coming to the end of a long very busy period and hope to resume work soon. Don |
