Does anyone own an Orlik Mosquito FB VI kit, If so could they scan a copy of part 5 because unfortunately I lost it whilst constructing the control column.
Thanks,

Welcome back...

I have now come back to this build, today I have completed the control column and started to add the instrument panel.
So far the model is coming along nicely, even though I've taken a while to get back to it (I lost a part but found it...)

The next update!!!

Thanks for the comment Tim,
Well the progress is as follows:
Added the HUD,
Added the pilots seat.
What needs to happen next:
Add the cockpit sides onto the fuselage and then add the skin...

Fuselage complete.

Today I completed the fuselage. There were some minor fitting problems but were easily fixed.
Also in the kit it doesn't give the option of having the bomb doors shut ( I think )
So I created another former to insert in between the two parts, pictures 1&2&3 show this. The final result looks good.
More pictures at the bottom.

During my first holiday trip in England, cycling and camping with a friend in 1964, I met a farmer on whose land we were allowed to camp. He had been a Mosquito pilot in a Pathfinder squadron. I still remember how impressed I was: this was the first time I met one of those still young men to whom risking their lives was a daily job, and to whom we, the next generation in Europe, owed their freedom. I have always remembered the pictures of the Mosquito he showed me - and it is definitely still my favourite shape of airplane.
So far I have only one picture on my Flickr collection - hope to receive more? See Flickr: New Photo Collection, via www.zeistbouwplaten.nl's Photostream

@Diderick A. den Bakker, I think you will be adding another Mosquito to your collection
Once it's finished you can either take the pictures straight of the forum or I can send them to you.
&Tim Crowe, Thanks for the comment.
