I hate to build the landing gear. Too may small parts and if you get it wrong you can ruin the model.
I love to make the fuselage. The easy part to me.

For me the hardest part is the canopy because you have to be careful to not get the glue on the plastic. But the rest of the model is relatively easier.

Bubble/greenhouse type canopies and biplane rigging. I prefer to think of it as the most 'challenging' rather than 'difficult,' and the challenge is figuring out the best technique and/or tool to accomplish the task.
