When I'm about to finish the plane by adding details, I found that some parts are
probably missing, as shown in photo. Would Aaron please clarify this. Papermate |

Oops. I thought I fixed that drawing. The Xian Tanker had the turrets removed to save weight. They just pulled them out and covered the hole.

Xian HY-6 Tanker of PRC Airforce is now finished. Though reduced to 1:90 (from the original
of 1:72), this beast is massive and quite challenging to build to make things look good. The photos of this Tanker will come in batches. Hope you like it and grab this one from OBP and let's see some others build and show it here. So the general views. Papermate |

Excellent job! You made that look very easy with the clean lines and seams. I'm especially impressed with how well you did the dome behind the cockpit. Those parts are tiny, and you made them look perfect!

Willgoat, I'm flattered. In making the dome, I used the double-layer method and just tried
and tried and you'll get there. This double-layer is simply a second print of the original, in thinner paper, as a backing and tabs, glued to the top print layer. It becomes stronger, more manageable and fits better. You can try it out and see for yourself. I do this on all my builds for a long time. Papermate |

Thanks, YOAV. And here's another photo with the Mariner, at the same scale of 1:90.
