Wow, this model came out great. Please do communicate the errors so that they can be fixed up by the designer.

Great work on the details!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lots of flaps, air brakes, wing folds.........

Looks like the kit went together well.

Need a vacuformed canopy though.

Thanks for the details.

Indeed test builds were done by me and 2 others, sadly the issues you raised were missed by all of us.

The EPTS scheme was never built by any of us and was solely my fault that the rear colours were upside down. The wing fold on the model is a very simplified version of the real deal and cutting out the parts instead of using the boxed version is a great idea.

The feed back you provided Rutzes was excellent precise and very helpful. I didnt have the reference for the underside flaps nor could I find any, so again thank you.I f you would like to beta buld any of the next models (P1154, P1216, Gloster Javelin and a few others) let me know.

I will create an upgrade sheet to allow those additional parts.

Thanks again Rutzes for a great build and honest feedback it is really appreciated.

Janx, no need to create an additional sheet for the corrections. Edit the original kit sheets to swap out the fixed parts then send it over to to Ecards. The original will be updated for all customers.

Hi, Nik,

only one remark left for parts with wrong color: The original version of pt 30/31 had the blue / red / white strips at the forward section. Those colors were in the wrong order; I changed them for my model. For the update, you changed the color to dark grey, so no more need for any action.

Concerning the wing folding mechanism, your simplified solution allows both the simplified as well as a more complex build. I believe such a construction is ideal for any type of modeler since one can choose how to build it.

If you're interested, I can send you my Corel file where I collected all the changes.

Concerning your next models, I'd be proud if I could support you here!

br,
Old Rutz

In a final step, I exchanged the nose. The original one was as planned whereas I pimped the new nose: Like the original one, I built the nose like an empty cone and added one green layer to the inside. I also added some structures to the front bulkhead of the fuselage.
