OBP PBM-3C Nickel Boat and PBM-5 SAR Norfolk
Here is the finished Martin PBM-3C Mariner Nicket Boat Buno 6571, a re-paint by
Hawkman67, with swiveling turrets, yes, nose, middle and tail sections individually. His other re-painted version of SAR Norfolk VA will come later as I would like to build them one by one. Better concentration and feel less stressful. Here are the pictures in two batches, the latter is on close-ups. Enjoy the view. Papermate

Just in case you are curious about how to do the swiveling nose turret, I'm showing
the way here and that one on the SAR Norfolk will be built similarly. This method is self-taught and seems to work okay. You're welcome to think of your own ideas to build it. As regards the other two turrets, I'll show them in the SAR Norfolk build. Papermate

Very, Very, nicely done! Nickel Boat turned out great! Thanks for posting all the pics of your build. I am sorry for not getting the revised parts to you before you completed the build. Now that most of the holidays are over, I can get you some instructions and pics on how to build the beaching gear. Looking forward to your build of the SAR bird. Jeff
