Putting Flaps down on an Airliner

I thought that it could be possible, with much skill, to put the flaps, spoilers, slats and reverse thrust into their positions with the relatively easy Paper Replika models, the a330 and a320.

It is theoretically possible to build flaps, spoiler and slats in such configuration with slight modification

Flaps can be built open in similar manner to Andrew Inwald's D4Y2, with additional modification on underwing pods

Slat part can be printed twice and supported in place using little pieces of paper

Thrust reverser is slightly harder since it involves interior of the engine

Anyway have you seen the guy who tried to make fully (OK, partially, but mostly) functional paper model of triple 7?

Yeah exactly, I'm hoping to do a few recolors soon on the a330 and I wanted to make one with flaps. I'll post pictures of progress soon.
I shall try this Qatar Asian games blue a330 and some other special liveries. Mainly in the Middle East and Asia.

I've given some thought to doing this on the Frontier A319 I'm undertaking, and have collected a bunch of photos of A319 wings with the flaps down. There would be a number of scratchbuilding issues involved, including building a fair amount of the wing's internal structure in the back. I was also giving some thought to displaying the lift-dumpers in the deployed position, which would require scratching screw jacks and various other gizmos. And there's a lot of plumbing back in there.

Then again, we got into this hobby for the challenge....

Yeah, as I said earlier in the thread, I am going to do a bunch of middle eastern/Asian a330s and among the nice liveries I am planning on trying to do a diorama with one in a landing like position since we have landing gear thansks to theyRme. I'm thinking for the wings if the part that I cut out for the extended flaps, if I close it off or leave it open exposing the inside of the wing, if that makes any sense.

I've tried before on the Paper-replika A320, it is difficult to do and can make the wing look even worse.
