Fokker E.V/D.VII
Hi All,
I just finished the Kampffieger Fokker E.V/D.VII from ECardmodels. I scaled it up to 1/24. It is an accurate model and a fun rather quick build. The only changes I made were in adding 2 more ribs, 1 extra bulkhead between the seat back and the tail, and using thicker cardboard for the struts. Chris

Fokker E.V/ D.VIII in 1:24 Scale
Hi Chris,
That is a clean, good-looking Fokker E.V/ D.VIII build. I especially like the fine and well-rounded leading edge to the big cantilever monoplane wing. Best, Bengt in Stockholm

Thanks guys,
After generally forming the front edge of the wing sections I burnished the leading edge using the handle of a exacto knife while the leading edge was wrapped around a tapered paint brush handle. That took out any small creases. I have since added the remaining edge colors. Chris
