I am thinking of getting into this game.

a) what is the best starter set?

b) How does one get move & damage cards etc for the paper models (I
believe the bought ones come with cards)

Questions:
a) Read item description and be sure that cards come with the set. WW I is the most popular but WW II is becoming popular.
b) You may be able to find some scans of cards in the download sections of the above links but the best way is to buy the starter sets and booster packs.
