Jeff, you made me curious about this HK based company that I'm not aware of.
Can you direct me to their link?

Forgot to mention the parent company, had to look it up. The HO scale train company Bachmann. Wikipedia has a nice article about them. They dropped the airplane line a long time ago. Collectors of the "Mini-planes" are all over especially on ebay. I've got a few that I bought in the 1980's before production stopped. Do an internet search and see how varied their planes were. From the Wright Brothers flyer to WWI, WWII, and modern, planes and helicopters, at least up to the 1970's. Think one of the last ones they did was the Blue Angels F-4. Think I still have the B1 bomber in white, but I'd have to do some closet digging. As I said before, your aircraft are really better than just a toy to be "played" with.

Thanks, Jeff, for your compliments. Too bad, I just can't do mass production as each and every one will differ a little, thus not up to industrial standards.

The old ones were good for their times, 1960s. Bad glue jobs on plastic canopies, fogging, broken propellers, or struts on bi-planes. Decals crooked or peeling off, even the camouflage wasn't great either, even though airbrushed on some. Most were painted two colors and followed the mold separation line for top and bottom half of fuselages. That's why I seem to be amazed at the small works you and the rest do here on the forum. The big 1/33 ones also for all the detail work. Anyways, still happy with my 1/200 ones, posted somewhere, on the forum. Haven't got my desktop working yet so can't do any or print out the ones I have stored up. Keep up the great work.

Jeff

Another X-22 in grey colour. Yep, same scale as the last, 1/400.

XFV-12 What If version by Stormeagle

Yet another XFV-12, a "What If" version repainted by Stormeagle.
What a beauty! Thank you for sharing.
