RC-135W Rivet Joint?
Is anyone aware of any card models — free or otherwise — of an RC-135W Rivet Joint with CFM powerplants?

Not that I'm aware of. I live where they are based in Nebraska and have been trying to find or make something for years. I had a copy of AirBob's old KC-135 model with the CFMs that I repainted for the Nebraska Air National Guard. I tried to make the radar bulges and whatnot, but my design skills are fair below my build skills.

I know there are a couple of decent plastic kits, but nothing in paper that I've seen.
