Great job Carlos, very nice work! And with all the versions of this plane that used so many countries you have to choose and have fun for a long time !!!

Big thanks again Carlos. I recall reading somewhere that the MiG-17 was the most exported aircraft ever.

MiG-17 Fresco A.

I'll need to make one of those red stripes thicker. I messed up the left wing.

Compared to the MiG-17F Fresco C, the tail cone of the Fresco A is a bit longer, the airbrakes are a different shape and the base of the rudder isn't cut out.

Here is a little recolor of Bruno's MiG-15 UTI in polish navy camo (seen in 1991).

Compared to other builds of this model, I positioned the fin a bit further aft and my recolor takes that into account. Messed up canopy, as always. The owl on the fin is barely visible in 1:200.

This one is from "printed long ago and never build" pile.Finnish Mig-21 F-13 scaled up to 1:72 or so.AA-2 rockets scratch build from cotton swab sticks.Pitot probe is a piece of SS welding wire.I should have added centreline gas tank under fuselage, maybe next time.Canopy looks funky but rest of the model is perfect. It matches nicely with NOBIs Mig-21 Bis I build a while back.

This MiG-15bis night fighter was piloted by Maj. Golychevsky of 351st IAP (Soviet Air Force) in early 1953 (according to Cutting Edge Decals).

Soviet unit, flying from China under north korean markings!
