Asking for a recolor?

Howdy modelers,

I was wondering if anyone could recolor this model for me? I love the colors on this bird and can't wait to build it.

This particular aircraft is an Airbus A320-214 registration number EC-JPL for Vueling Airlines.

If anyone chooses to make this recolor there are a few things I would like to have required.
  1. Use the landing gear available through the link: PaperModelers.com - Downloads - A320 - A319 Landing Gear.pdf
  2. Use the modified and lengthened A320-214 fuselage (you'll have to remove the Aer Lingus colors.) PaperModelers.com - Downloads - Aer Lingus A320-214.pdf
  3. Use the CFM-56 turbofans (available below) (Also, leave the default engine pylons)

That's about it, thank you to anyone who chooses to take up this project.

I also considered doing it on the 1/300 model. but the tail requires so many different circles that I sort of dropped of.

You inspired me to do the recolor of this model in scale 1/300 anyway. I put it in the thread "one model per (non-working) day".

Hmm…

I could take a stab at the tail, shouldn't be too hard.

What's the difference in the A320 and 320-214?

I believe it has just a little longer fuselage.

Copy that.

I just checked the Air Lingus model against the paper-replika blank model and the only difference I could see (so far) is the fuselage length.

Yeah, they're identical models. Just the fuselage length is modified.

Huh-

Just finished overlaying the Air Lingus model over the white (blank) A320.

Only difference I could spot is that the Air Lingus mid-section is split into two parts, the white model is one piece.

So, why not start with the blank kit from Paper-Replika?

Edit- The rear doors also differ in size/shape/placement, but only slightly...

Wait, so are you saying you're using the blank template on Paper-replika for this recolor or are you using the Aer Lingus model with the color removed?
