Cool Paper-Replika Dusty from Disney Planes

Hi, to begin not know if this is the right forum to put this model, well after all it's a plane, it's Dusty Film Planes Disney, the model is from Julius Perdana (two thumbs up), accessible in paper-Replika, I did on request of sister in law who wants to use as a table centerpiece of the birthday of my nephew, the model is relamente something big, is four A4 pages printed on 180g matte paper.

Now the question is:
It is worth adapt it to the pedestal?
I think his size is enough, you are saying?
I leave some photos of the model.

That would make a very good centerpiece for your nephew's birthday party. It turned out very nice.

I don't think he needs a pedestal. He stands just fine on his own undercarriage, and looks OK airborne too ...

OK,OK, I know the spray bar is in the wrong place, but I hadn't seen the film and that's where the instructions said it should be before it was re-designed.

Actually, I think mine came from a different source (hobikitkertas.com), so it varies a little from the Paper-Replika version.

Keep on snippin' ... Johnny.

Both Dusties are very nice, but it surprises me that no models of the movie's other planes are available. Skipper would be very nice, El Chupacabra would be terrific, and the Indian princess with the pusher prop would be adorable.

Here's another character created by Julius Perdana, Miss Dipper from the Planes 2 movie. It is available from the paper-replika.com site. It's not the easiest build, I messed up in several places. It's going to be a present for a 2 year old, so I doubt there will be any complaints about the quality of the build. I recommend anybody building it to examine the instructions carefully and figure out where to crease the parts BEFORE gluing everything together. Building instructions are here:
Dipper - Disney Planes Fire and Rescue Paper Craft

Looks good! I've thought about doing Dipper myself. I built Dusty for my son last year, and we both loved Fire and Rescue when we saw it. Should be nice to see Dipper finished up with the engines!
