nothing in a large scale, there is a BV-107 from the Japanese Maritime Self Defense Forces, but that is the only one I know of

Very small and very boxy. This is 1:300 but I think the original might have been 1:250. All three came from the deck of a Stealth type ship. Let me know if you want further details. Take a look at Berrys model of the USS Tarawa LHA-1 at Ecardmodel it has a CH-46 sitting on the bow they look scale (Not boxie) at 1/250. I have the kit and it looks like they could be enlarged
