Farman Monitor , 1/72 , [DGA model]

The Farman monitor is one of the last Farmans.
It is a monoplane derivative of the Stampe SV4 (built under license by Farman).
Only one prototype built.
DGA models with some additions (polished engine hood from Red River paper , transparent canopy from PVC , map ).

With Stampe for comparison:

The killing detail, from a map box at the right of the front seat, you can get (with pliers) and unfold an aeronautical map!

looks great, the map is a wondefull idea and the silver engine cover looks very good.

The original was a nice-looking Chipmunkish airplane.

Your model is terrific, Jan, and the 1/72 aeronautical chart is a great (and challenging) touch.
