Very nicely done Ostoja! The diorama background makes it all very realistic. Is this your "aeroklub"? I like the pitot tube detail on the nose.

How do you prevent your "signature wall" from dusting up ?

So, what's next? Another glider, or something with an engine?

Regards,
Erik

Thank you Erik. Yes, it is "my" aeroklub in Mielec:

I have no problems with dust. Each model is painted before cutting matte clear acrylic lacquer, it is anti-static and dust does not stay-up on the models.

This Polish two-seats training glider SZD-9 Bocian (Stork) GPM 6/2002-lakier-2-.jpg or this Polish two-seats training glider SZD-9 Bocian (Stork) GPM 6/2002-lakier.jpg

What's next? - I don't know, probably polish airplane. I have it's very much.

Thanks for sharing this information. I'm experimenting with acrylic matt varnish but only on finished models. I've heard that (paper) glue does not stick properly to varnished surfaces and as I usually use different glues, depending on the part to glue, I don't want to take the risk. If you have a different experience I would appreciate your comment.

And by the way, it's with some relief I managed to glue the canopy on "my" Mosquito successfully. I'll be starting a design thread soon but wanted to have some backlog first.

Tomorrow the weather will be fine, a good opportunity to see the world from above (I have a private pilot license) and go to one of the Dutch islands (Texel).

Cheers,
Erik
