Great job, with the weathering, some photos almost look glossy on the fuselage. A beautiful build.

Weird aircraft, very nicely build model. And yes, Orlik's models aren't the easiest ones around but the result pays off with all those details. Good luck with finishing the last bits and pieces!

Gary

i was a bit concerned about overdoing it..really appreciate that you liked my weathering attempts...its just the gloss that bothers me.

Don,

i am honored that you appreciate this build. i am trying as close as possible to emulate what i see you have done over the years...and not over do it..i want to know is if i spray matt on gloss would it kill some of the gloss or make it worse.

thanks again Don ,

Cheers...

In case any one of you decide to build this kit please note some of the following:

PS*V on port and V*PS on starboard.

the serial number needs to be black.

the R/T wiring.

i also (as shown in pic) changed the instrument panel as in actual pic.

i am so tempted to redo this kit in 1:50 scale. how else will i be able to keep all my models?

Nice job dude! I've been wanting to build a defiant nightfighter for some time now, but can't afford the orlik kit. Maybe some other time
By the way, what did you use for the IFF antennae (that wire from fuse to stabilizers)?
